“Excelencia Cares”: Empowering Girls Through Education: Celebrating Their Remarkable Achievements

Through our “Excelencia Cares” initiative, we are delighted to share the outstanding accomplishments of seven inspiring girls who have recently cleared 13 state boards! These remarkable young girls are residents of the Rachana Girls Hostel, a safe haven established by the Rachana Society for Social Reconstruction. Located in Panshet, this hostel provides a nurturing environment for 70 girls from impoverished backgrounds who attend nearby schools. We are proud to be a part of their incredible journey. The achievements of these seven girls serve as a testament to the transformative power of education and the indomitable spirit of young women. We are proud to have played a role in their journey and are committed to making a difference in the lives of individuals from underprivileged backgrounds. Together, we can create a world where every child has the opportunity to thrive and reach their full potential.

“Green Tomorrow”: Driving Sustainability for a Greener Future

Our “Green Tomorrow” program focuses on reducing our environmental footprint and promoting sustainable practices. As part of this intiative, our team, along with COO Shankar Arun and CDO Surej Vasudevan Potty, came together for a remarkable sapling planting event on June 22, 2023. We’re excited to announce the start of our goal to plant 500 saplings, contributing to a greener future. Associates sponsored 250 saplings, and the company matched each sponsorship, bringing the total to 500. This initiative is part of our broader ESG project and was made even more special with heartfelt tributes to fathers placed alongside the saplings. We extend our gratitude to Chairman Balakrishnan Ranganathan for his vision and motivation. Together, we’re making a lasting impact on the environment and inspiring others to join us on this sustainable journey.
