We collect data from publicly available social media sources, specifically Facebook and Instagram, using the Meta Graph API. This includes public posts, comments, and other public content. We do not collect any personal information that is not publicly available on these platforms.
How We Use Your Data
The data we collect is used solely for the purpose of sentiment analysis. We analyze collective public data to identify trends, public opinion, and overall sentiment. The analysis does not identify or profile individual users.
Data Storage and Processing
The collected data is stored securely in MS Fabric Lakehouse. We perform sentiment analysis using Azure Machine Learning and Azure Synapse Analytics. The data is retained only for as long as necessary to complete the analysis and is then securely deleted.
Third-Party Service Providers
We use third-party service providers, including Microsoft Azure, to help us operate our App and perform data analysis. These providers have access to your data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are contractually obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
User Rights and Data Deletion
You have the right to request the deletion of your data from our systems. If you wish to do so, please contact us at info@excelenciaconsulting.com. Upon receiving a verifiable request, we will delete all data associated with you from our systems, unless we are legally required to retain it. We will confirm the deletion within a reasonable timeframe.
Log Data and Cookies
We may collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our App, known as “Log Data.” This data may include your computer’s IP address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our App that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages. We do not use cookies.
Children’s Privacy
Our App is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete it from our servers.
